Re: I'm going to be an aunt?
She isn't the type that you could smack some sense into anyway. We've been trying for years with other things and she doesn't budge until she learns on her own through her own mistakes. She has decided to stay with her bf (their breakup wasn't really complete as they saw each other almost daily) and they are going to work on getting an apartment together and get thier lives somewhat together before this baby comes.
Sounds like my little

Re: I'm going to be an aunt?

So! That was me playing devils advocate / the voice of reason... But on a better note I wish you the best GeorgeAnn! Make her hug Benny... Poms are very therapeutic! hehe Obviously it's not my decision, or any of our decision, it your sisters decision... but I've been playing the big sister role for awhile now too and I know how hard it can be... I've been the median and middle man for years. Sometimes I swear I'm the parent; or at least not the one yelling and screaming.

Re: rwbeagles-So I made a decision on Elias and school
She said she's never seen an August birthday be mature enough to do well in K. We'd do him a great favor allowing him to be the most mature in his class rather than least right now.
*waves hand* Born August 21st... was 5 years old in K and they wanted to advance me to 1st grade! Took the test and passed! (I can even vagely remember it... haha it was like blocks, puzzles, and numbers... don't remember much detail other than that) How long has

Re: I'm going to be an aunt?

. What the heck happens if she gets very ill? Or gets in a car accident? Or the father leaves? Your mother dies? You move? The baby has special needs? She needs to WAKE UP she's not thinking about all the situations life can throw at you.
Honestly, I respect your opinion Pom...but I cannot believe this.....it seems to me at least that these are excuses for killing a child. Yes, all these things you have

Re: I'm going to be an aunt?
A young woman with the support of a great family can succeed in this situation. Children are blessings.
I agree... but according to all of GeorgeAnn's posts there is an unstalbe/undefinite relationship for the baby, no support from the mother, she's still in college (no financial stability)... I really feel bad for her sister right now because I actually know what that emotional feeling of "I want to keep the baby" feels like. I was crying

Re: Pomeranian 101
Pom <3, I just realized- your Kayla is BIGGER than Lizzie. :P She's just a hair over 10 pounds. :P
LOL! I know that's what I'm saying the girl is just not a Pom I swear... BF & I created her own special breed called "Monstahz" hahaha and we call her Keelah Monstaaaah! (Boston accent and all!) Speaking of a Pom totally not looking like a Pom (psh what's new) the other day at PETCO I asked this young boy what kind of puppy he was

Re: Incorporating Cesar CORRECTLY

I was under the impression she meant the philosophies of Exercise, Discipline and Affection and Rules, Boundaries and Limitations. And being the pack leader and walking the dog instead of the dog walking you. Stuff like that. I could be wrong.
True, but any proven training method is based on the this same principle. I guess it's not something I see as unique to Cesar and therefore wouldn't really credit to him
