Well, we have enrolled in a 6-week package deal for CGC preparation but I am still looking for drop in stuff. I got an interesting email from Rivendale Learning Center, that seems to be working out something similar to drop-in classes so I am excited about that. Hopefully they will have weekend options. http://www.teamrlc.com/ Please let me know if anyone hears about drop-in classes anywhere in the NW. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the comments! I tried to get as hold of someone at the WSOTC but no one has returned my calls or emails. Also their site looks like it does NOT offer drop-in classes. I also checked out Argus and they look impressive! Unfortunately they too, do not offer drop-in. Any other ideas?

Thanks. Yes, I am looking for drop-in classes. The idea is general ongoing basic training. You know, the sit stay heel type of thing for now. Mostly she will benefit from the exposure to new dogs and situations while reinforcing already learned behaviors. However, she is just turning four this month and now that she is a little more mellow we'd like to start training her for therapy work. So the first step will be to get her her CGC, and then we can proceed to therapy training. Any good drop

Hi there. My wife and I moved from Pittsburgh a few years ago where we had access to Misty Pines. Misty Pines is famous for its high quality instruction as well as its pay-as-you-go model. We are now in Seattle and desperately seeking a similar place to take our dog. What we really want is a pay-as-you-go (PAYG) dog training place so that we can take her on the Saturday's that we can, and skip those that we cannot, without having to worry about losing out on one sixth or one ninth (or whatever

Wow, my dog IS licking her feet lately but I never wondered if that had something to do with her food. What does it mean?

I am curious what the folks here think about Timberwolf Organics? Has it gone down in quality? Does anyone here use it? What do people think of the food they make or the company itself? Thanks!

Hi. My wife and I are considering switching to a new pet food for our dog. We had been using Timberwolf Organics brand food for a long time on the recommendation of a friend and we liked it for a while but we are less enthused about it recently. So I was hoping to find out here, from you good folks, what is considered to be the BEST kibble money can buy for a dog? Please let me know your opinions, okay? Thanks!

Does anyone here use this brand or have any opinions on it? It was recmmended by the pet store we normally go to but we'd like to get second opinions on it before we switch to it. You can read about it here, if you have never used it: http://www.tasteofthewildpetfood.com/products/dig_deeper/

It IS very expensive, but we have no human children so expense is not that big a deal to us. We just want the best possible dog food regardless of cost. I asked the pet store why they stopped carrying it and they said it was because they stopped guarantying their food, and because they were going through so many formula changes.

Between these two foods, which is better, and why? I'd love to hear everyone's opinions (since I know there will be lots of differences in opinion). Thanks!
