For now, yes. Nonnie might be protective and I don't want there to be any fisticuffs lol! They see each other every day when Nonnie is out for her time away from the babies. Ellie thinks she smells interesting so there's been a few curled lips from Nonnie due to constant sniffing of the teats lol! Once the babies get about 5/6 weeks old their trips outside will include time with the other dogs. We have a family of hawks out back so their time will be TIGHTLY supervised needless to say!

Oh yeah I know of the Collie. Fool dog is always barking her head off on the sidelines! We're not Aggie people in my house so we have a few not so nice jokes about her lol.

NNNope...and given the reactions of many children here when one happens to come onto campus...I'm glad we don't. There was one school that had one as a 'mascot' and the principal was using school money to groom the dog, a Standard Poodle...and buy it food and treats etc...as a 'business expense'. Total tool...that guy. Dogs are great...but allergies, fear, sanitation, distraction to learning...no thanks. As part of a unit of learning or assembly on proper dog care, sure...but every day...I'd rather
