I've heard some people say they microwave them until they're dried out. Sorry, can't be more help then that.
...Just a quick Brutus story from today, because it was kinda funny, & totally Brutus.... When we got home this morning, after the initial excitement of being home, Bru & I were sitting on the couch. I was eating a baked sweet potato & Bru was lounging with his head in my lap. Suddenly, he sat up, & helped himself to part of my potato! I was shocked, & when I recovered I asked him "What did you do?" He knew that he was in trouble

Bugsy, you handsome guy, you could come live here, but I'm afraid you'd still be confined until you're all healed up. Sometimes love hurts, Buddy, but it will all be for the best. You'll see.

I guess it depends on what your dog(s) like and what you're using them for. For Caleb, I didn't/don't cook them. I just sliced the hotdog up, then cut each circle shaped piece into small pieces. It's been awhile since I used hotdogs for training, but I think I cut each slice into 8 pieces.
...As for the snorting, snoring, & farting.....those are not new things. They are normal, everyday Brutus behaviors!
Bet you were never so happy for everyday Brutus behaviors, tho. So glad he's doing better.
He's home for the night! As soon as we walked into the condo, he started acting like a starving fool. He's eaten really well, & he had enough energy to go for a walk with us. After our walk, we hung out on the deck for a while. One of the neighbors walked by, & in typical Brutus fashion, he hopped up, stepped in front of me, sat his, now skinny butt, on my feet, & let out a low, deep growl. When I told him to stop, he broke out into crazy
I was so happy that they kicked me out of the surgery suite. Apparently, me crying like an idiot wasn't appreciated.
I'm sure they understood, tho. I'm sitting here crying tears of joy, I can imagine how hard you were crying.

I use the blue power mixture Callie taught me to make
What is "the blue powder mixture" ?
It's the same stuff I linked to on page one. I found it easier to buy it pre-made. I used it in the bathroom. Putting some cotton in the ears after putting cleaner keeps the cleaner from splattering all over the place, too.
Super cute! Was this by chance at the rte 57 store? Did I miss it?! I hope not!
Yep. It was last Sunday. Check Pet Adoption League's website. They normaly do their pictures around now, and always have a nice hand painted backdrop. At least they did when Mick was alive. They've been doing them up at the International Trade Zone shopping plaza lately-a little too far for me to go for pics. Plus, I don't like the store they do them at. There
