So the good news out of the last week or two is her pain has been very manageable. She really hasn't been showing any signs of pain, and of course I've been keeping her on the pain meds around the clock. Bad news (and yeah, it's pretty bad) is she can't really stand or walk anymore. The only thing I can figure is the mass on her shoulder is pressing into her spine, because her back right leg (the tumor is on her left shoulder) is pretty much totally lame. So I know I haven't given a Cherokee update in a while...but that's because there's not much to update. She's still alive and limpin'. I don't know if that's selfish yet or not.
