Obedience is my first love, I find agility really lets the dogs blow off steam! It's challenging for both of us, and I think the environment is totally different from that of obedience competition.

When it comes to training a dog, it seems there is an endless list of behaviors to teach: sitting, lying down, coming when called, walking nicely on leash, not jumping up -- you get the idea. Happily, there are some laws of learning your dog already knows!
