Gee, what a dreary day, raining here in DE.  We participated in the Sea Witch Festival Parade for Pets.  It was held in Rehoboth Beach, DE just before Halloween.  We were one of the 30 WINNERS that they chose to lead the parade of pets.  We put all of our chihuahuas in the Chi-County Prison and made two of them Prison Guards.  They were packing guns and hand-cuffs.  We were proud to be one of the winners!  It was our first time going to the Sea Witch Festival.  I never knew it was such a big affair.  There were gadoodles of people there.  Tons of dogs everywhere!  What fun!
