The perfect dog,versatile and loving with tremendous energy when needed but willing to lie around and sleep if nothing is going on, Gunnar is as close to perfect as I have ever had a dog be. He can hunt, he can jump, he can run with greyhounds and he can do obedience. He learns quickly and is a pleasure to handle.
- Where I live

Gunnar lives on 1/2 acre in New Mexico and loves to go for runs on the mesa chasing rabbits, sometimes coyotes and pointing birds.
- Here's what happened when I first met my family

We chose him from a litter of 4 males, we had the pick of the males. My son picked him because Gunnar followed him everywhere.

he does not like fireworks, but does not mind guns (when hunting)

food, I have yet to find anything that he will not eat. He will even eat onions and peppers and pickles
