This is the MOST pregnate dog I have ever whelped. Rescued after Hurricane Katrina with another RR named Elvis.  He blocked the small doggie door opening in the shelter wall protecting her from the worst of the storm. He was amazing !  He had been so profoundly injured by a former owner that it was not until he arrived at his forever home ( second foster) who's vet found his jaw had been wired together sometime n the past and the wires never removed. Blind in one eye and in constant pain He stood in the faceof the storm so she and the unborn pups would survive. All are now in forever homes thanks to RR Rescue
