Hey, I'm a calgarian.. here are the major pet stores we have.. the private ones dont usually ship.
Petland

Sells puppies, kittens, birds, fish hamsters, gerbils, mice, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, reptiles.. anything under the sun basically. They buy from accidental litters, backyard breeders, and small puppy millers.
However, they also have a rescue foundation which rescues its animals from rural parts of alberta.
Petsmart

Sells reptiles, birds, fish and small mammals. Does not sell puppies or kittens, but is affiliated with rescue foundations like arf and the meow foundation and lets them showcase their animals for adoption in their buildings.
Paws Pet food
Sells reptiles and fish. Has mostly dog supplies, though.
Pisces Pet Emporium

Seriously these guys are the biggest pet sellers.. they have anything from quails and doves for pets to skinks, puppies and kittens. Only has one location in calgary in the north.
And my absolute favourite.. Pet Planet! I work at the doggy daycare. ;)
