    Nature's Variety kibble size change

So I opened up a new bag of Nature's Variety Praire Beef and Barley, and the kibble is so much smaller than what I remember.  Now this is great news for me as I'm feeding a tiny 8lb dog, but I can't imagine a large breed eating it.  The kibbles are about the size of the "small bites" version of other brands.  I've been rotating other foods for the past few months so this is the first bag I've bought in a while.  I don't know if the other "flavors" have this small kibble size as well.  Just wanted to give an FYI to anyone interested in trying it.

I haven't seen any difference in the Sweet Potato & Venison, Duck & Potato and Fisj & Sweet Potato formulas.

My best friend feeds the new Eagle Pack small and toy formula to her Boxer, LOL. He has a terrible bite, and he LOOOOOOOVES the micro-tiny kibbles.

I actually think tiny kibbles are good for all dogs. Most big dogs don't really chew their food (for some reason the little ones always seem to chew much better) , so I think its better digested for them in tiny pieces than big kibbles.

?  Nature's variety doesn't make any formulas like that  ?

I hereby declare a moratorium on all commercial product names for pets, that have "Nature" - or any form thereof - as a part of the name.  Seriously, you'd think they could come up with something else.  My favorite so far - "Naturally Wild" from Euk.  Okay, so what would "Artificially Wild" be?  A release program?  Like the California Condors?

I'm in a thread hijacking mood today - second victim in one morning - sorry!

LOL..that's ok, it's worth having my thread hijacked as long as I can get a laugh out of it :)

Yeah, all these "nature" names are getting crazy - Natural Balance, Nature's Variety, Nutro Natural Choice, Nature's Recipe, Nature's Logic, Science Diet Nature's Best, Euk Naturally Wild - is there anything I"m forgeting??

I think IAMS makes one called 'Healthy Naturals'...but I don't know if we're including the junky brands or not.
