    Hey guys I'm back

Hey just wanted to let you know that I'm back that I finally got the internet again and finally can start posting once again. It's been 4 or 5 crazy months since I left. Made the mistake of moving in with my boss renting the top half of her house it has been nothing but stress and living nightmare.

Spent the last part of winter freezing upstairs since the upstairs doesn't have heat and the heater my boss let us use she took it back so she could turn the heat down stairs to save money. She even had her grandson in the house who isn't one yet and she wants to turn the heat off in the house downstairs. My hours where being cut back so bad that I was just able to pay the bills and had to live off bf's paycheck. Didn't help when he lost his job since he went through temp service and they drop their contract with the temp service.

We someone squeaked by until he got himself another job and then it started over again with boss wanting money from anyway she could get from us.She even was making her daughter pay rent and she was in the same hole with hours at her moms shop and she had a kid. Sad thing is she had to pay half her rent with the food stamps she was suppose to use for her and her kid instead to pay the rent at her moms. If anything didn't go right in the house or the slights mess we where to blame even if we didn't do it. She complained to me about grass needing mowed and she wouldn't provide us one for her own yard and she knew what little money we had we couldn't afford to buy one. She loved to talk about mowing the grass on the days I work and got upset with me for not helping yet if I said I could not work that day to do the grass she wouldn't hear of it. She even started hiding items on us like th salt shakers and even took the microwave in her room because we touch it. she couldn't understand why I wouldn't clean the bathroom when she would let her poodles in there using it as kennel plus her dogs would go in the house.

Every month it got worst the longer we stayed their until she kicked her daughter out of the house and fired her sending her to the homeless shelter. Bf just lost his job near the time because they got rid of 2nd shift and being new he got canned. Then that things got even worst she went off on me quitting my job after I gave her two week notice not understand why I was quitting like 15 hrs a week was livable on 7.15 wages. Once we started our  new jobs she gave us two weeks to move out like the two weeks that I gave her on me leaving.

Somehow we figure out on getting a place three days before move out date and got all our stuff out their. Since then we have been adjusting to life on our own and without the stress we been dealing with the past months. It's been a peaceful and pure bliss since moving in and we been enjoying jobs. I'm happy to be getting very decent hours and a better pay

So once I find my camera and get some batteris I'll be getting pictures of Blue posted.

Long time, no see and good to have you back.

As to your landlord taking payment from her daughter in food stamps, that's illegal. The whole point of those, which we taxpayers pay for, is so that the child and his/her mother have basic nutrition.

And it sounds like you had it pretty rough but at least ole Blue has a fur coat. And you may not be back at home forever. But use the time, if you can, to really fix things for yourself. That is, this is not defeat, just a detour.

Holy cow, I'm really sorry that you had to go through all that.  I am glad to hear you're in a better place with a good deal more peace and stability.

My word, Melinda, that's awful!!  I'm so glad that things are looking up.  I hope you are standing up for yourself now and that the universe responds with all the things you've been denied in the recent past - like peace and stability and confidence and honesty and trust!  Phew - what a rotten mess to deal with.  Here's to all the good news continuing to flow through your home!!!

Even if this wasn't illegal, it's still a pretty crappy thing to do --- basically stealing food from her own daughter and grandson.  BTW, welcome back.  We've missed hearing from you and seeing pics of Blue.

    Re: Hey guys I'm back

Yes she was  psychotic as landlord and as a boss we are happy to be done with her. Sadly that wasn't the half of all the stuff that she put us through I'm just glad I finally got my last paycheck it took me 3 weeks after I quit to finally get it. Even though we have moved out she still wants us to come back to her place to sweep things up for her. Sorry we moved out we are not going back to that place ever again. Sad thing is she doesn't see anything wrong with what she has done and wants to know why I don't talk to her so I've wrote her a seven page letter as to why. We have all ready talked to a lawyer about what she has done to us thankfully I kept everything she wrote to us and our receipts we can sue her if we want to.

Bf and I having been loving it here we are glad to get away from it all and Blue isn't locked up in a room no more because he sheds so we are all enjoying the freedom of our apartment.
