What more could anyone ask?

  RE: Why do you love your dog? Reply Contact I love Baby for making me laugh, and also just watching her on rodent patrol outside makes my bloodpressure go down. I love Rex for saving my life twice, (because of diabetes and he alerted someone) and he also picked me, I sat with the whole litter and waited to see who would pick me.  I went back a week later, and he picked me again.  What a wonderful bond!

Reply Contact I love Dublin because he helped me get over the loss of Jax.  Because he is such a beautiful dog that I can not stop looking at him.  I love to watch him run in the woods.  He loves life and his joy of discovery has made me smile a hundred times a day.  Watching him chase a butterfly with his ears flapping is a heart melter.  Watching him learn how to interact with other dogs is amazing.  If he turns out to be half the dog my Jax was then I will be blessed.  My Jax was the one in a million dog and while a completely different kind of personality, I can only hope that Dub touches my soul in the same way. Reply Contact I love Xerxes because he is.  He is smart, clever, super observant.  He is gentle when he should be, very stable and hardly excitable unless there's prey around.  I also love the connection that we share.  Even when we normally go left, the day I want to go right on the trail, he knows it.  The way he reads me is amazing. I also love his silliness and sense of humor, how he can be super silly and never once feel self conscious about it.  I love him for his grace, elegance and charm.  I also love how he fools people into thinking that Pharaoh Hounds are good companion dogs and easy to live with, if I weren't around to tell everyone that there'd be a thousand PHs in this area, and very few would be quiet or well behaved!

I had tried  many different anti-depressants.None of them seem to make a difference. Being a happy person just did not seem to be in the cards for me. My doctor told me to involve myself with more people and to get out more. Being with people did not interest me much but I did think some company might do me good. So I bought my first Shih Tzu. He was the cutest and sweetest little being I had ever met.....I was in love[sm=floating.gif]My sadness started to slowly disappear. That little dog has made me happy every day. From there the happiness grew every time I added another tzu baby. I now have 7 tzu babies. Each one is so very special to me. I will love and care for them for the rest of their little lives. It's the least I can do to repay the huge debt I owe them for opening my heart and saving me from myself.

Reply Contact Well I love my dogs because they make life enjoyable!I honestly don't think life would be as good as it is without them.They make me lugh constantly especially Sophie.I love how doing the simplest things make them more than happy it shows me life isn't all about having the biggest house or the most expensive car.I just love them soo much I would be absolutely devastated if anything ever happened to them.I feel I owe my life to animals in general kinda the only reason I'm here today.
