&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font face="book antiqua,palatino" color="#990000" size="3"&gt;Well ... you might have to roll it out a little.&amp;nbsp; Gaaar - baaan - zo.&amp;nbsp; Kinda rolls a bit.&amp;nbsp; When I was a teenager I had a friend whose mom used to make an incredible salad of just garbanzo beans, finely snipped green onions and a bit of olive oil. You could actually just buy a couple of cans of them, smash them up to the consistency you like and add whatever you want to it.&amp;nbsp; When they&amp;#39;re mashed up, they&amp;#39;re used mostly as a really nutritious and low fat&amp;nbsp;dip or a spread on crackers.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;m going to make a Costco run tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;ll try to remember to check to see if they have any.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;LOL - that&amp;#39;s kind of funny but I have things I feel the same way about. You should just give it a try but if you&amp;#39;ve never had it, you might try some premade so at least you&amp;#39;ve only wasted a little money and not a bunch of time. They have a roasted red pepper hummus (again, at Trader Joes) and DH loves that stuff. &lt;/p&gt;
