  sooo I got my hair dyed... Reply Contact and it didnt turn out so well. My sister put color remover on my hair to take out the dark brownish/black that was in my hair, and then attempted to dye it back to my natural color which is a really light brownish/blonde and it turned my hair to a firey orange color, my roots to a bronzey gold color and my highlights to green. I had to stay home from school the next day because it looked HORRIBLE. So last night I went to a hair salon and got my hair done...it costed $75 to get it redyed back to the color I had BEFORE, maybe just a little lighter. Talk about a waste of money...and my hair didnt even turn out how I wanted. *My sister is a hair dresser but wasnt specifically trained to remove color and redye so I was her "guinea pig" haha*. Heres a picture of my new hair... I was wanting it to turn out like my old color like this... What do you think, should I stay dark or try to go back lighter in a couple weeks?

I tried to go back to my natural color before, but my natural color doesn't appear to exist in a box produced by loreal. I only use loreal because it's a cream, and not a liquid that drips all over the place. I can even do my own using loreal. Emperor of the Markie Fan Club

Reply Contact  $75 isn't such a bad price for saving your hair.  At least you look good now.  I second your sister splitting the bill with you though.  I'd be livid.  My niece uses maniquins for guinea pigs, or boys who don't care if they get shaved later on.  LOL.  I also think you should leave it dark for now.   Jezabel

Reply Contact I like both.  I usually take my hair light in the summer and dark in the winter, but you probably need to give you hair a break after all the processing.  I'd stay with what you have now for at least 3 months.  My son wanted blonde hair one year (he has practically black hair) and dummy me thought we could do it at home.  Cost us $150 to fix it, lesson learned.

I think I'm going to stay dark for a couple more months and go light in the summer like I usually do. I got rid of my highlights yesterday though and got it a tad lighter...I think it looks better without highlights.
