TysonSS:i didn't know you could feed raw egg to dogs. i have a 3 month old puppy, would that be ok? to feed him an egg i mean. and if it is, how would i do it so that he doesn't get massive diarrhea because of it? X_X
I have never had a dog that got diarrhea from a raw egg. However I have had horrible problems trying to feed raw bones that had too much meat on them..... but not an egg. I just pop a raw egg on my puppys kibble in the morning....he LOVES it.
I guess anything is possible...so if you try it and he doesn't like it...or does somehow get diarrhea ( or anything else ) you just don't do it again. I intend to give my puppy a raw egg every day...just not starting too soon because he is a Great Dane and they don't want Danes to grow too fast...so I am careful to not add too much of anything quite yet. He is going on 5 months,,,when he gets there I will add a little more.
