    Silliness, in grooming

So... I'm goofy. I've always been goofy, but I've never had any freedom in grooming. Now? I'm an independant contractor. I do whatever I want. I also have a Chinese Crested, which makes me goofiER!

My friend bought a glittery flower tattoo out of a gumball machine, the other day, and stuck it to Ena's butt. Now... All of the dogs who are light colored and short haired (whether they came in that way or got clipped) leave my salon with a tattoo on their butt. People love it! I've gotta get some pictures, for ya'll. They don't last long on coated dogs, but Ena's lasted almost a week.

LOL, what a riot!  And seriously, VERY original.  Pictures!  Pictures!  Pictures!

Sort of OT:  Did you get to try out the PetEdge dye yet?  I have a couple Bichon clients I want to try it out on.

Very OT:  Clippervac?  What came of that?

I've GOTTA get pictures. It's soooo cute! The first coated dog I tattoo'd (bah! cannot.... spell) was my friend's Pit Bull. I painted his nails sparkly purple, put a flower (I cut up leis and fix the flowers with rubber bands and beads...) on his collar. Then, I slapped his behind with a blue, sparkly flower. It was pretty great, while it lasted. I got Emma, today, but she rubbed hers off. She rubs off nail polish, too. She's a pain....

Haven't tried the petedge dye. I have nothing to dye... I may steal some Chinese Cresteds from a friend and dye them. Can't dye Ena Bean.... I'm going to try to show her.

Clipper Vac. Sitting in box. I am a loser. There just isn't much space in the new shop, with two groomers in there. I'll probably take it up there this weekend, though. It's like being in a dang mobile van, with the equipment I have. No decent dryer. Suck. I'm whacking off as much hair as I can before the bath, and hoping for the best. *sigh* We're finally picking up, so I'll start asking for new equipment in a month or two.
