They're all adorable. And how convenient to have another litter just a couple weeks older than him to help raise him! I've heard those singletons can be a lot harder.

Hey Gina, is he Sandy's colors?

OMG, that is entirely too much puppy cuteness for me. I've never even thought about having a beagle before, but those photos made me want to take one of those babies home!  Butters is a big boy with really unique markings.  Poor mama having to have a C-section right down between her teats.  I can't imagine having to nurse with the incision right there...poor girl!

    Re: Beagle Puppies

Butters is doing well and Gossip is finally coming around and starting to care for him (it takes her about 24 hours after the anethesia wears off to accept her pups. Same thing happened last time). I think eventually I will let him see the other litter, but they live 2 hours away, so might be a tad difficult. Singletons can be hard because they do not get that puppy to puppy interaction, but Gossip is a good disciplinarian and is certain to put him in check when need be.
Her incision looks good and actually, the puppy doesn't bother it very much.
