    Ideas for table restraint

I'm trying to get my poor womans "home grooming salon" (i.e. my basement) up and running. Here's my set up - I wash the dogs in the bathtub upstairs then I take them down to the basement for their blow dry. I have a heavy duty desk down there with a piece of carpet on top that I put the dogs on top of. I'd like to get some sort of system to keep them up on the table and not wiggling around trying to get away.

Picture a metal desk like this:

With a piece of carpet on top. The desk is next to a concrete block wall so I really can't nail anything in to that. I need something to hold the dogs head and probably rear to keep them from trying to jump off. Any ideas?

Dont they sell arms you can buy on the net? Been looking at making my own table too if it's cheaper.

You can try going to home supply stores and ask for black pipe, comes in all sizes. You should be able to put some thing together.
