I went to buy some more Innova Puppy for Rory at a store near my work and apparently they stopped carrying it because the owner feels there are better foods. She told me I should try Artemis because it’s better. I guess someone she knew’s dogs got calcium deposits in their stomachs from Innova because of the bone chunks in the food. My first question is, what ingredient is bone? I’m sure they are just calling it something I don’t realize. My next question is how do I know if I should switch? I am not really sure what I am looking at on the packages other than no corn, wheat or soy. Has anyone heard of bone problems in Innova? Looking at the two different food ingredients below, is one that much better than the other? On the dog food project website, Innova Puppy is a 5 where Artemis Small Puppy is a 4. Can someone help direct me on this? Anyone have experience with them? I am not concerned with cost or whatever, I just want what's good for Rory. Innova Puppy
