Look at what my father found

He found her in the park when he went to play soccer. He had seen her there Tuesday but he didn't pay her no mind he taught she was going to go home but then he went there again yesterday and she was in the same place so he put her in the car and brought her home. She looks young to me maybe less than a year or close to a year. I named her Onix because she looks like a black lab I gave to a man who lives in town who's name was Onix. I will be placing flyers tomorrow around town to make sure she belongs to somebody. If she doesn't I will make arrangements to find her a good home. Shailer and Onix seem to be getting fine. He is not dog aggressive in the contrary he loves to play with other dogs. I am glad they can be friends for the time she will be with us.

I hope Onix come back to her owners, she looks very pretty and they maybe very worried about her. Anyway, your father is a very good person bringing her home.

I have contacted my vet already. I think I will call the other vet to make sure they don't have a person missing a black lab, if they don't I will still put up flyers. She is really friendly and full of energy.

She's one lucky girl!  I hope she HAS a family that is missing her.  Thank you for giving her a warm, secure place until her family can be found.  She sure is cute.

That's so nice of you to take her in. I hope she has a nice home to go back to. Has she been scanned for a chip?

You might want to take her to the local vet and have them scan her for a Chip.  Nowadays, a lot of dogs have them, so she might.  She's a beautiful dog...if no owner's found...didn't you say Dad brought her home?  Well, then if no one claims her I think you should extend your family!  LOL  Sorry, I know ... I'm an instigator! (sp??)

I wish I could keep her but I am only allowe one dog by my parents. I have called the two vets and animal control but nobody has reported a lost dog. I did find, on my way to school, a flyer of a dog that is missing from my friends neighbor. I hope somebody finds that little dog soon because it has been cold. I will be making flyers today and puting them hopefully today. Wish her luck!

Onyx says keep her!  Idog needs another Onyx, even if you spelled her name the Pokemon way instead of the rock way.  LOL  If your dad brought her home, maybe you could convince him that he should keep her.

LMAO, sorry but that was too funny. My little sister is a pokemon fan and I like the name Onix. I didn't get the chance to put the flyers up but at my fathers store I put one. I will hopefully be doing that tomorrow. I wish I could keep her but I have a feeling that she is pregnant because I was looking at her today and I noticed that she looked pregnant. I had checked her out the previous day and found that she was rather skinny. You can not really tell much because of the fur but when I rubbed her I could feel her spine and her back bones but her stomach is firm. I hope I am just imagining things....
