I asked an ACO from Boston to take the test and she refused. That says something, now doesn't it? To the OP, this test has been around for a while and I know the answers, so not fair for me to answer your request. But, I think the suggestion that you ask ACO's is really a good one, and you may want to try asking a few mayors or city councilors, too, since they generally support the ACOs' recommendations.
