  Re: Mc tgif Reply Contact My DH is nuts.  He & my younger brother have decided to go hunting.  They, along with the boys, Chyna, Brinxx, & Schatzi, just left Del Rio.  I have no clue why on earth they suddenly decided to drive four hours to hunt there, when we can just walk out on our deck & shoot a deer. Funny realization of the evening.....he forgot DS#2's ADHD meds.  There is no way that he's going to be able to keep him in the deer stand without meds.  My baby is going to be bouncing off the walls, so unless there is a blind, deaf deer wandering around, there's no way that DH will even catch a glimpse of a deer! If I were a good wife, I'd call the Walgreens there, & have his prescription filled there.  I'm probably not that good though... Amanda Tact is for people who aren't witty enough to use sarcasm.

  Re: Mc tgif Reply Contact Poor Abner, my cat, got an antibiotic shot today (one that lasts two weeks) as he has a small abscess. I assume it's because he likes to torment our somewhat angry cat (he likes to make her scream) and she probably took a swipe at him. I normally treat such things at home, as it really was quite small, but didn't want to take a chance as he's much adored. He was so stressed on the ride, since our cats rarely have to venture out in the car.  It was also poochy (likely as it was in his little cat armpit), so wanted to make sure it really was an abscess and not some funky tumor or somesuch. The verdict was that it was an abscess as originally thought, he got his handy shot, and we're cleaning with betadine. He's almost ready to stop pouting about the car ride and poking. Almost
