My dogs had no problem sleeping in this morn...2 little grandbabies kept them busy last night.  But tonight, Biscotti thought 4 pm was supper time and wouldn't stop hounding me for her dinner!  I imagine it will take a week to straighten them out from dark breakfast to dark supper.

Me..l want the best of both worlds...light for breakfast and light for dinner...oh well!

I don't much like the time change, it's already dark when I drive to work (6:20am I leave the house) and now it will be dark when I drive home!  sucks!

I am tired today.  I did all the laundry and took down my halloween stuff.

I am so proud of how the boys did last night with the trick r treaters.  They didn't get too riled up at all...a few barks, but nothing bad.  Marty, I took your advice, too.  Our house doesn't have a front porch, just a stoop, which isn't covered, and it was rainy, so I opened the garage door and sat in a chair in the garage next to the front door.  The kids all saw me and came right to me, which definitely helped.  A bunch of doorbell rings would have driven the boys nuts, I'm sure.

she was so happy she forgot to get candy.  Too busy discussing how cute the slugs were.  Now I was a weird nature freak kid but this seems extra weird.

    Bwahahahah!  That cracked me up.

My sister and I hid out last night, kept the light off the porch, worried that kids would show up, etc.  Later I realized how stupid that was - there are homeless men who sleep in the park across the street, and the houses behind us have security guards to monitor the drug situation... No WONDER there were no trick-or-treaters!

Oh Stacey Surprise Yuck!  Slugs are nothing but disgusting plant destroyers to me, I'm afraid.  There were monster ones in Manchester, England I used to tiptoe to my car in the morning praying I didn't step on oneIck!
